Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

AIcreators operates on a per-video payment model using a wallet and order system. This policy outlines the terms governing refunds, cancellations, and wallet balances. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Wallet Recharges

  • Wallet recharges (top-ups) are credited to your account immediately and are used to fund video generation orders and marketplace purchases.
  • Wallet balances do not expire and remain available for use as long as your account is active.
  • Wallet balances are non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn as cash, and cannot be used outside the Platform.
  • On account closure: You may request a refund of your unused paid wallet balance (excluding free promotional credits, referral bonuses, and marketplace-seller earnings) to the original payment method, by emailing admin@ganakys.com. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, subject to identity verification and less any payment gateway charges actually incurred.

3. Video Generation Orders

Each video generation request constitutes an individual order. The following terms apply:

  • Before processing begins: If you cancel an order before our AI engine has started processing it, the full amount will be credited back to your wallet.
  • After processing begins: Once content generation has commenced, the order is non-refundable. AI processing consumes computational resources that cannot be recovered.
  • Failed generation: If a video generation fails due to a system error on our end, the full order amount will be automatically credited back to your wallet.

4. Marketplace Purchases

  • Content purchased through the AIcreators marketplace is non-refundable once the digital assets have been delivered to your account.
  • If a marketplace purchase fails to deliver due to a technical error, we will either redeliver the content or credit the purchase amount to your wallet.

5. Free Tier

We offer a free tier with limited features so you can evaluate the Platform before making any purchases. We strongly recommend using the free tier to ensure that AIcreators meets your needs before funding your wallet or placing orders.

6. Exceptions

Refunds to your original payment method (not wallet credits) may be considered solely at the Company's discretion in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges: If you are charged more than once for the same wallet recharge or order due to a payment processing error.
  • Unauthorized charges: If a charge was made without your authorization due to a system error (not due to account compromise resulting from your failure to secure your credentials).
  • Service unavailability: If the Platform experiences extended downtime (exceeding 72 consecutive hours) and you are unable to use credits purchased during that period.

To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us at admin@ganakys.com with your Razorpay payment ID and a description of the issue. We encourage you to raise such requests promptly so that we can investigate while records are current; this does not affect any statutory right you may have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to raise a complaint within the limitation period prescribed by law.

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

8. Account Closure

  • You may close your account at any time from your account settings.
  • Upon closure, you may request a refund of your unused paid wallet balance to the original payment method (see §2). Free promotional credits, referral bonuses, and earnings from marketplace sales are not refundable in cash and are forfeited.
  • Your generated content and data are retained for 30 days after account closure, after which they are permanently deleted, save for records we are required to retain by law (e.g., tax and payment records for 7 years).

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. The revised policy applies to all transactions made after the effective date of the change.
