1. Who We Are

AIcreators is a product of Ganakys Codilla Apps (OPC) Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India.

2. Data We Collect

When you use AIcreators, we collect the following categories of information:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form only).
• YouTube Data: Channel analytics, video metadata, and subscriber counts — accessed via the YouTube API with your explicit OAuth authorization.
• Generated Content: Videos, images, audio files, and scripts generated through our proprietary AI technology.
• Payment Information: Payment transactions are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive financial data.
• Usage Data: Features accessed, content generation counts, and login timestamps.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, operating system, and approximate location (derived from IP), collected through cookies and server logs.
• Google Account Data: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture, Google account ID, and (with separate YouTube consent) the list of YouTube channels you manage.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data collected to:

• Upload and schedule videos to your authorized YouTube channels.
• Display channel analytics and video performance metrics on your dashboard.
• Generate AI-powered content (videos, images, scripts, and narration) as requested by you.
• Process payments and maintain transaction records via Razorpay.
• Monitor YouTube policy changes that may affect your channels.
• Improve service quality, diagnose technical issues, and maintain platform security.

4. YouTube API Usage

Our use of information received from YouTube APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We access YouTube data only with your explicit OAuth consent. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google Account permissions page.

5. AI Content Generation

Content is generated using our proprietary AI technology, including our AI content generation engine and our text-to-speech technology. Your content prompts and generated outputs are:

• Processed by our AI engine to generate the content you request.
• Stored on our servers for your access, review, and download.
• Not shared with other users or any third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
• Deleted upon your request or upon deletion of your account.

6. Data Storage & Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption.
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with a high cost factor.
• All communications between your browser and our servers use HTTPS/TLS encryption.
• Access is protected by token-based authentication.
• Payment data is handled entirely by Razorpay, which is PCI DSS compliant.

7. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active.
• Generated content: Retained for 30 days after generation, or until deleted by you, whichever occurs first.
• Payment records: Retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax regulations.
• Activity logs: Retained for 90 days for security and troubleshooting purposes.
• Account deletion: All personal data is deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.

8. Third-Party Services

AIcreators integrates with the following third-party services:

• YouTube Data API v3 — for channel management and analytics, subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
• Razorpay — for secure payment processing, subject to the Razorpay Privacy Policy.
• Proprietary AI services — for content generation, text-to-speech, and image creation.

9. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising trackers.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and review your personal data held by us.
• Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Delete your account and all associated personal data.
• Export your generated content.
• Revoke YouTube API access at any time via your Google Account.
• Opt out of non-essential communications.

10A. Data Protection under India's DPDP Act, 2023

We process your personal data as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), on the following lawful bases: (a) your consent, freely given at signup and for specific purposes such as YouTube OAuth; (b) the performance of our contract with you; and (c) our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Platform.

You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing our Grievance Officer (below). Withdrawal does not affect processing that has already taken place, and may limit your ability to use certain features.

Children's data: AIcreators is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it.

Cross-border transfers: Our servers are located in India. Limited processing may occur on servers of our infrastructure and AI service providers located outside India; such transfers are made only to jurisdictions that provide a comparable standard of protection, or under contractual safeguards.

Data breach notification: In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in risk to you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India in accordance with the DPDP Act and applicable rules.

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the DPDP Act, 2023, you may direct any complaint, question, or request concerning your personal data to our Grievance Officer:

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of AIcreators after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
